Yes, 100% free forever. No premium tiers, no player limits, no hidden fees. Every feature is available to everyone.
Do I need to download an app?▼
No. BoxLeague Pro runs in your browser on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. Just visit boxleaguepro.com and sign in.
What sports does it support?▼
Tennis, padel, squash, racketball, badminton, and any other racquet sport. It works for both singles and doubles.
What is a club link (club sandbox)?▼
Every club gets its own short link — like boxleaguepro.com/app.html?club=east-grinstead-tennis. Players who click it land straight in your club's welcome screen with your leagues listed. No hunting, no other clubs, no confusion. One link = one club.
How do I get my club added to BoxLeague Pro?▼
Fill in the 30-second application form at /apply.html with your club name, location, sport and how many leagues you want to start with. We create your club sandbox and email you a dedicated link within 24 hours. Free for any club, any sport.
How do I create a box league?▼
Open your club link, tap Club Organiser Tools, and hit New League. Pick singles, doubles or mixed doubles, set the dates, and you're done. You can run as many leagues as you want inside one club — e.g. Men's Singles Premier, Ladies' Doubles Box 1, Mixed Box 2, etc.
How do players join my league?▼
Three ways, pick whichever suits you:
- Share your club link — players click it, see all your leagues, and pick the one they're in
- Share a per-league invite link — they land straight in that specific league
- Bulk Add Players — paste a list of names and emails from the Club Organiser Tools panel, and the app sets everyone up in one go
Can I run multiple leagues at the same club?▼
Yes. Each club sandbox can have unlimited leagues — Men's Singles, Ladies' Doubles, Mixed Box 1, Mixed Box 2, Junior Singles, whatever you need. Players see them all on your scoped club welcome screen and join the ones they're in.
What's the difference between Box Leagues and Mix-In Games?▼
Box Leagues are structured competitions with fixed players, availability matching, and scheduled matches over a set period. Mix-In Games are casual — post a game, pick a date and time, and let any club member join. Both live inside your club sandbox.
How does the availability grid work?▼
Each player marks their free time slots across 6 daily windows (8–10am, 10–12, 12–2pm, 2–4pm, 4–6pm, 6–8pm). You can tap individual slots, copy last week, or clear the week.
What is Match Finder?▼
Match Finder automatically compares everyone's availability and shows time slots where all players in a match are free. One tap to book.
Can I share match details via WhatsApp?▼
Yes. Throughout the app there are WhatsApp share buttons for leagues, matches, availability reminders, and open games. Pre-formatted messages are generated automatically.
How do I book a court?▼
If your club organiser has added a court booking URL, a "Book a Court" button appears throughout the app linking directly to your club's booking system.
Do I have to manage everything as the organiser?▼
No. BoxLeague Pro is designed for self-service. Once you've created a league, players join via your club link or an invite link, fill in their own availability, and book their own matches through Match Finder. You only step in to resolve edge cases or post announcements.
Can I add other club organisers?▼
Yes. Open your club link, tap Club Organiser Tools, then Manage Organisers. Add other organisers by email and they'll get club admin rights the next time they sign in. You can remove organisers too — except yourself — and every change is logged to the activity feed.
What roles exist — who can do what?▼
Three tiers:
- Players fill in availability, book matches, post open games, cancel their own bookings.
- Club Organisers do all of the above plus: create leagues, bulk add players, remove players, delete leagues, add other organisers, set court booking URLs, and clear chat. They only control their own club.
- Super Admin (the BoxLeague Pro team) provisions new club sandboxes from applications and has override rights for support. Your club data is yours — other clubs never see it.
Can I see who hasn't filled in their availability?▼
Yes. The Everyone view shows a colour-coded calendar of all players. You can see who's missing and chase them via WhatsApp with one tap.
Can I set a deadline for availability?▼
Yes. Set a deadline date in the Settings tab. Players see a countdown, and the app highlights who still needs to respond.
Can I remove a player from the league?▼
Yes. As a club organiser, open the Members section of the league and remove the player. This cleans up both the membership record and their association with the league. Only club organisers can do this — players can't remove other players.
Can I delete a league?▼
Yes. Each league card in your club welcome screen has a small 🗑 button when you're a club organiser. Delete asks for two confirmations and cascades through every path so nothing is orphaned. Only club organisers for that club can delete leagues — players can't.
Who can see my availability?▼
Only members of your league can see your availability. Your data is not shared publicly.
Is my data secure?▼
Yes. BoxLeague Pro uses Firebase with secure authentication. Your data is encrypted and protected by Google's security infrastructure.
Can I delete my account?▼
