Information we handle
Depending on how you use BoxLeague Pro, we may handle:
- your name, email address, account identifier and sign-in provider;
- club, league, team, availability, booking, score and message information you or your organiser add;
- club application and support information you submit; and
- optional website analytics and support-chat data when you accept optional cookies.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, connect people with their club and leagues, support organisers and players, improve reliability, respond to applications and enquiries, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Our service providers
BoxLeague Pro uses service providers to operate the product, including Firebase/Google for authentication and application data, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for club applications and optional support chat, GitHub Pages for website delivery, and Google Analytics when optional cookies are accepted. These providers handle information under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Cookies and analytics
Optional analytics and support-chat scripts are not loaded until you select Accept optional cookies. If you decline, the core website and app remain available without those optional services. You can reopen Cookie choices from the footer at any time; changing a previous acceptance to decline takes effect for future page loads.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, when you direct us to, or where required by law. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, support, security and legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing grant@aifusionautomations.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, records or legal obligations.
Children
Club organisers are responsible for ensuring that player information is added lawfully and with suitable permission, including where a player is under 18. Please contact us before using the service for children if your club needs additional safeguards.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
