These terms apply when you access or use BoxLeague Pro, operated by AI Fusion Automations. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

The service

BoxLeague Pro provides tools for clubs, organisers and players to manage leagues, availability, bookings, scores and friendly games. Features may change as the service develops. The service does not book a physical court unless a separate court-booking provider confirms that booking.

Accounts and club administration

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account and for activity performed through it. Organisers must add and manage club/player information accurately, give access only to appropriate people and remove access that is no longer needed.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another club's private information, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use the service to send spam or abusive communications.

Player information

Club organisers are responsible for having an appropriate basis to add player names, email addresses and league information. Do not add information that is unnecessary for running the club's activities.

Availability and results

We work to keep BoxLeague Pro available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Organisers and players should verify important match details, court bookings, deadlines and competition results. We may suspend access to protect users, data or the service.

Fees and branded work

The standard BoxLeague Pro service is currently offered without a subscription fee. Optional branding, custom scoring or other setup work may be quoted separately and will only proceed after the scope and price are agreed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxLeague Pro is not responsible for indirect loss, missed matches, court charges, disputes between clubs or players, or loss caused by information entered by users or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access where these terms are breached, security is at risk, or the service is discontinued. Contact us if you need help exporting or removing club information.
